How to negotiate a carbon credit contract with a population of completely different origin and culture?
This Legal Design project applied to the Contract used information design and user experience resources to facilitate understanding and break down barriers in communication with the Iny Karajá indigenous community.
The process involved immersion in the community, where the preferences of the indigenous people were verified. Next, a layout was created using icons and flowcharts, analyzing how they interpreted the design proposed in the document, and research was carried out on the Karajá language to apply it to the contract.
In the end, a document was created that generated community empathy. It is design against human rights.
