BIOFIX BIC was recognized as a winner in the prestigious Adaptation and Transition to Climate Change by Climate Action category. This award is a testament to the hard work we have done in Colombia and Brazil for over 5 years. Thanks to conservation projects based on the REDD+ methodology, we have reached this important milestone in the fight against climate change.<\/p>\n

This award is the result of the continuous effort we have dedicated to our work. Over the years, we have implemented more than 11 REDD+ Projects in territories belonging to community councils and indigenous communities. These communities have joined together in our commitment to environmental conservation and play a key role in the global effort to protect the environment and in trading carbon credits to strengthen their local governance.<\/p>\n

This recognition leads us to continue our mission of mitigating the effects of climate change through nature-based solutions. We are committed to working tirelessly to find innovative and effective ways to address this global challenge.
